Ingredients

3 bananas, mashed

1 cup tahini

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup honey

4 eggs, beaten or 4 flax eggs (1 flax egg = 2 Tbsp water + 1 Tbsp ground flax)

1 cup cocoa powder

2.5 cups oats

1/2 cup tapioca flour or corn starch

1/4 cup ground flax meal

1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

  2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use a whisk to blend well.

  3. Add the cocoa powder, oats, tapioca/corn starch, and baking powder into the bowl and mix to combine.

  4. Pour the batter into a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper (I use reusable parchment which I really love because you can wash it and reuse it over and over again and it does not stick to the food.)

  5. Bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Let cool inside the pan and then cut into squares.
