Ingredients

4-5 Cups all-purpose flour

2 Tbsp sugar

1 packet of dry yeast

1/4 cup olive oil

3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients and incorporate the dry mixture together.

  2. Add the olive oil and water to form a dough, using your hands to mix the ingredients and knead into a ball.

  3. Place in an oiled (glass) bowl, cover with a clean towel, and place in a cold oven for approximately 4-5 hours.

  4. Use a well-floured surface to roll out the dough and use a non-stick surface over the bake sheet (such as reusable parchment paper).

  5. Top with your favourite toppings.

TIP: You can use leftover cooked vegetables on your pizza for that extra bit of fibre and flavour!
