Ingredients

1 cup GF flour

1 cup cocoa

1.5 cups almond flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp ground ginger

1 cup water

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Make a well in the centre.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and slowly combine the mixture until you form a paste or soft dough.

  3. Using a large measuring spoon, form little scoops with the dough, and place these on a lined cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, until the exterior appears dry.

  5. Sprinkle with a light dusting of confectioner’s sugar.
