 Ingredients

1 cup nut/seed butter 

2 bananas, mashed

3 cups old-fashioned oats 

3 Tbsp honey/maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Using a food processor with blade, pulse the oats until the consistency is that of flour (you just made your own oat flour!).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, Mash bananas into a puree.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl, and blend until a dough forms.

  4. Shape dough into bite-sized balls and sprinkle with seeds or cinnamon.

Tip: You can also use this batter to make bars, however, you need to spread batter on baking sheet and bake at 375 Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

Cut bars or break the cooked sheet up into portions.
